Łochów Palace and Folwark is privately owned. It was rebuilt and restored by the development company Arche in 2005 - 2008. The company has been in existence since 1991. Its success in the real estate market has made it possible to fulfil its dreams, such as restoring historical buildings to their former glory.

FOLWARK
In September 2017, the Łochów Palace Conference and Leisure Center was expanded with a new section — The Folwark. With this addition, the name of the complex was changed to Palace and Manor Łochów.
The FOLWARK Conference and Recreation Complex, part of the Łochów Palace, is a complex of hotel buildings with a 4-star conference center, located at 10 Konopnicka Street. Guests have access to the Paśnik Restaurant and a fully equipped conference center with an area of 1,800 m², which, together with the historic section, provides over 2,400 m² of space. For relaxation and active recreation, the hotel features an indoor swimming pool, saunas (steam bath, Finnish sauna, sanarium), a bowling alley, a sports hall, and professional wellness & spa facilities. The extensive green areas surrounding the Folwark, with a pond and access to the Liwiec River, are ideal for active recreation and all kinds of sports.
